Our metal castings are typically made from Zamak, a high-grade base metal consisting of zinc, aluminum, magnesium, and copper. This combination ensures exceptional durability and resistance to wear, making it an ideal choice for crafting stunning and long-lasting jewelry bases. Final plating layer colors Nickel, Gold, Antique Silver and Rose Gold. All crystals are either Swarovski, Preciosa, Australian and/or Aurora.

Recommendations for Longevity:

• Avoid exposure to water, lotions, and perfumes.

• Store items in a dry, shaded place to prevent premature tarnishing.

• Clean gently with a soft cloth to maintain the finish.

In‑Stock Items:   Orders containing in‑stock items ship within 5–7 business days.

Made‑to‑Order Items:   Made‑to‑order pieces require 4–6 weeks for creation and processing before shipment.

Returns for In‑Stock Items

In‑stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Made‑to‑Order Items

Made‑to‑order pieces are crafted specifically for you. Because of their customized nature, these items are non‑refundable and non‑returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing once the return is received.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for in‑stock items only. Made‑to‑order items cannot be exchanged.

Order Cancellations

• In‑stock items: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
