Made‑to‑order pieces are crafted specifically for you. Because of their customized nature, these items are non‑refundable and non‑returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

Our metal castings are typically made from Zamak, a high-grade base metal consisting of zinc, aluminum, magnesium, and copper. This combination ensures exceptional durability and resistance to wear, making it an ideal choice for crafting stunning and long-lasting jewelry bases. Final plating layer colors Nickel, Gold, Antique Silver and Rose Gold. All crystals are either Swarovski, Preciosa, Australian and/or Aurora.

Store items in a dry, shaded place to prevent premature tarnishing.
